Terms of Service & EULA

These Terms of Service and End User License Agreement ("Terms") govern your use of the Tinnora mobile application and website ("Service"), operated by Audio Immersia ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using Tinnora, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Non-Medical Purpose & Disclaimer

IMPORTANT MEDICAL NOTICE: Tinnora is provided solely for relaxation, auditory comfort, and ambient sound masking. Tinnora is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any hearing condition, disease, or medical disorder (including chronic or pulsatile tinnitus). Always consult a licensed medical professional, ENT physician, or audiologist for medical advice.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Audio Immersia grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use Tinnora on Apple iOS devices that you own or control, in accordance with the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

3. Subscriptions & Billing Terms

Tinnora offers both free tier functionality and premium ("Tinnora Pro") auto-renewing subscriptions:

Monthly Plan: $4.99 USD per month, billed monthly to your Apple ID.
Annual Plan: $29.99 USD per year, with an optional 7-day free trial. Billed annually upon trial conclusion.
Lifetime Purchase: $59.99 USD one-time purchase granting perpetual access.

Trial & Auto-Renewal: If you sign up for a free trial, your subscription will automatically convert to the annual paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the trial period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Managing & Cancelling Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscriptions at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings: Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions.

4. Intellectual Property

All audio recordings, sound design assets, algorithms, software code, graphic designs, icons, trademarks, and documentation are the exclusive intellectual property of Audio Immersia. You may not extract, reverse engineer, redistribute, or commercially exploit any audio beds or code assets from Tinnora.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Audio Immersia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or inability to use the Service. Listening at excessive volumes may cause permanent hearing damage; you are solely responsible for keeping listening levels safe and comfortable.

6. Apple Standard EULA

These Terms supplement the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) accessible at Apple Standard EULA.
